POLICIES & CONDITIONS

  • Arrival Time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, to allow you time to relax and complete your consultation form.
  • Late arrivals. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. We strongly encourage early arrival. As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments begin and end as scheduled.
  • Special Health Considerations. Please advise at time of booking of any health concerns, allergies or illness, as some treatments may not be suitable for you.
  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking any treatment or service. Credit Card details must be provided at time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy. 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment; otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice or failure to keep an appointment/NO SHOW will result in the charge of the full price for each service as listed.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. When using a gift voucher, failure to keep an appointment will result in the gift voucher becoming void. A failure to meet the policies and conditions of the Day Spa will result in the gift voucher becoming void.
  • Gift Vouchers must be presented as payment at the time of your appointment, or your treatment will be charged at the full price. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. No refunds will be given on gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are not transferable to any other person. Gift vouchers are void after the expiry date. Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced, please keep them in a safe place, as we cannot honour lost or stolen gift vouchers.
  • Day Spa Etiquette. Please ensure all mobile phones are turned off and keep noise to a minimum as treatments are in progress.
  • A condition of making an appointment is that you agree and acknowledge the policies and conditions of Total Body Elegance Day Spa.
  • Payment Option. Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos. All prices include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Surcharge may apply on weekends and public holidays.
  • No correspondence will be entered into.
